1. Who we are

These Terms govern the use of the website and the services (the “Services”, e.g. nxbase, cbamanager) offered by eNextGen S.R.L., Via Principe Eugenio 9, 20155 Milan, Italy, VAT 12692290963 (“eNextGen”, “we”). By using the Services you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Account and eligibility

• Registration is reserved for people who are at least 18 years old.
• At registration you choose whether to open an account as an individual or a company and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Use of the Services

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise their security, not to upload data you do not have the rights to, and to respect the stated usage limits.

4. Data you upload

• Data you upload into the tools remains owned by you (or your company). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide you with the requested Services.
• eNextGen acts as a data processor for such data; a DPA (Art. 28 GDPR) is available on request for business users.
• Do not upload special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR).

5. Availability and nature of the Services

The Services are provided “as is”, may be under development, and their outputs (e.g. estimates, calculations, datasets) are for information purposes and do not constitute professional, legal or regulatory-compliance advice. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

6. Intellectual property

The software, trademarks and content of the Services (excluding your data) belong to eNextGen or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, eNextGen is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts in case of breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law; the courts of Milan have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
