Emanuela Colombo, PhD
Scientific Advisor & Full Professor @POLIMI

Emanuela Colombo is a full professor at the Department of Energy of the Politecnico di Milano and holder of the UNESCO Chair in Energy for Sustainable Development. She currently holds the position of Rector's Delegate for Scientific Diplomacy.
Emanuela has extensive experience in research and consultancy on energy modelling, sustainability scenarios and energy transition, with a focus on energy access in developing countries. She has coordinated numerous European and international projects on energy, innovation and cooperation, collaborating with academic institutions, companies and international organisations. At eNextGen he supports the strategic and methodological development of environmental impact and carbon footprint analyses, contributing to innovation in assessment models.
